Glamorgan GATES
Merthyr Digital Stories is an initiative developed by the Glamorgan Gates project.
Glamorgan
Gates is partnership between the University of Glamorgan, Merthyr
Tydfil Borough Council and the Communities First Programme of the Welsh
Assembly Government. It is non-commercial and based in Merthyr Tydfil
with the aim of developing imaginative and innovative methods of
learning through activities and events with the community.
Our
aim is to provide a means for Merthyr people interested in finding,
creating, producing and publishing stories from our own communities
throughout the County Borough, while acquiring the know-how of new and
exciting digital technologies in the process.
All the contents in the digital stories including audio, images and video belong to the storyteller.
