I was born in Merthyr Tydfil and have lived here all 30 summers of my life so far.

I have one son, Elliot, who is my inspiration for ideas and the reason I taught myself cake decorating over the past six years. I now run a cake decorating business called About The Cake. I am also a Sugar Artist and about to embark on a new and exciting adventure as a Cake Decorating Tutor.

Everything interests me; life, people, computers, travelling, wildlife and for some unknown reason I am fascinated with Alaska.
