EPP’s Digital Stories

The Expert Patients Programme (EPP) provides a number of self-management course and workshops for people living with any long-term health condition. These courses provides an opportunity for people to learn new coping skills, which can help improve the quality of daily life.

Six members of EPP participated in digital storytelling sessions to share their experiences on long-term health conditions. The participants are Margaret Roberts, Caroline Jones, Diane Thomas, Sharon Jones, Wendy Bradley and David Phillips.
